About the Author
Scott Paly has over 30 years of executive and sales management experience in Network Security and IT Services. He co-founded Global DataGuard, a leading-edge network security technology development, consulting and managed services firm. Prior to that, he co-founded RealTime Consulting, an IT staffing firm, listed in The Dallas 100, the fastest-growing Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex companies, for five consecutive years. He also founded RealTime Staffing. Paly served all as President/CEO of the companies from inception through successful acquisition. In addition, he was involved in the start-up and management of Data Management Search, an information systems search firm. Paly started and operated a landscaping service in middle and high schools and a mobile home maintenance, renovation and repair business while working through college. He received a B.A. in Biology and Chemical Science from Florida State University. Paly is the married father of two daughters. He currently provides consulting advice to entrepreneurs and runs a small farm and a real estate investment company. His interests include volunteering for several organizations, teaching and learning Shaolin Kung Fu, racquetball, tennis, glass blowing, hydroponic and organic dirt gardening, animal husbandry, woodworking, camping, investing and more.
