Hello everyone, my name is Holden Swanson and I am the author of "Hold'n it Down". Originally from San Antonio, Texas, I now call Fort Lauderdale, Florida home. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I struggled with addiction and noticed a lack of representation for queer individuals in sobriety literature. Despite searching for self-help books, I was unable to find one that truly resonated with my unique journey. So, after achieving sobriety, I made the bold decision to share my own story through a memoir, in hopes of helping others facing similar struggles.
