About the Author
Randy started working on motorcycles in 1970 while serving in the Army in Thailand. Upon his return to the U.S. he was employed at several different motorcycle dealerships giving him a broad range of knowledge and experience working on all years, makes and models of motorcycles.. In 1985, after meeting and marrying his wife Leigh, Randy and Leigh started their own independent motorcycle repair shop in Everett, Wa. Several years into the business, it became obvious that what was needed was basic information that was non-technical and "user-friendly" so people could maintain their own motorcycles. Now, Leigh & Randy have written this new motorcycle repair manual that combines all of their experience into a single book so that anyone can take a non-running motorcycle and get it "up & running" and keep it running right!
