Eil Will is a young savage street hustler from the windy city streets of Chicago. Eil Will has a girlfriend named Keisha who he happened to fall in love with. One day, his perfect world becomes a nightmare. When his childhood friend June Bug is released from prison, shortly afterwards Keisha is kidnapped and held for ransom. Once he gets her back from the kidnappers, he slowly but surely begins to put the pieces to the puzzle together. As he discovers who the culprit is, that's when all hell breaks loose and the Outlaws go to war with the Royal Family and put an end to the beef.
