I Should've Been a Cowboy" is the story of Troy "Mack" MacAlan, a modern day lover of cowboys and the old west. Mack mysteriously finds himself in Eagle Bluff, Nevada. The year is 1880, and there is turmoil, mostly at the hands of the Kennedy family from Ireland who own a great deal of the surrounding area, and seem to be behind most of the troubles that are plaguing the town. Dennis Bjorngjeld retired in Forest Lake, Minnesota, after 20 years in a highway construction business, then 25 years as a Realtor/Broker. He comes from a family with a long musical tradition, and loves playing the guitar and singing. He plays regularly with a band called "Old Friends" that focuses on classic country music.
