If poetry is a sixth sense that enables us to renew our appreciation for the universe and our place in it, Charles Sabukewicz' poems offer a variety of lenses through which to explore time, nature, dreams and the poet's inner life. His work has appeared in Ibbetson Street, The Bryant Literary Review, EDGZ, The Connecticut River Review, Hidden Oak, The Lyric, POEM, Poem Town, Sunstone, Willard and Maple, and Points West, among other publications. He has also published two chapbooks: Guests of the Elements and Rowing in Twilight. As a career educator, he taught Creative Writing, American Literature, and American Studies. He and his wife Helen Marsh live in Middlebury, Vermont.
