I am not a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist. Although I did study Psychiatry with Dr Allyn in Paris, and received a degree from a Big 10 USA university in psychology.

This is a cautionary tale that has been my life. These are simply my words of advice. Take them or don't.. With or without a mountain of salt. Some ideas and concepts are repeated. As the late David Carroll said, "Repetition is the mother of skill."
