Is There Anything Left for the Rest of Us?
Is There Anything Left for the Rest of Us?
Does it still hurt when you die a natural death? Why is petting a dog on the head better than winning a round of Mario kart? Do killers ever stop and say, I shouldn't do this; it's literally a terrible thing to do? Do animals comfort us when we cry because they feel our pain or because they are deathly afraid of losing us? Do all fatherless children feel half-inflated? Is it okay to cry to the sounds of your neighbors making love? Is it okay to get dressed to go out but stay in and sit at your desk instead? Can we ever trust the people who tore us apart again? Will I be alright? Am I getting better?
