I am Moyra Gorski, RN, mom of 4, entrepreneur, animal lover, yoga enthusiast, ballroom dancer and podcaster. When our daughter started to struggle with a life threatening mental health disorder 7 years ago, I found myself in a rough spot as her mother as I just wanted to help her. The stress of being her caregiver and mother impacted my physical and mental health. From the suggestions and coaxing of friends, I began a journey of self care and nurturing .
