King Edward the Last

It's 1936 and King Edward VIII must make a choice: keep his crown or marry Wallis Simpson. Wallis is a divorcee. If he marries her, he must abdicate. But what if he keeps her as his mistress and thereby keeps his crown? Would Wallis accept a life in the shadows? Might she become the power behind the throne? It is the Great Depression.
