Jasmine Davis, Leeza Manchester, and Cristal Richardson are thrown together by a chance meeting at the Atlanta Airport during Hurricane Allee. Under normal circumstances, these three diverse women wouldn't have said word-one to each other. By all appearances, they have absolutely nothing in common. But during the long layover caused by the killer storm, they're forced to set aside their differences, and they form a lasting connection. Going their separate ways, it's not long before their own well-ordered plans spiral out of control. Will their lives be blown away like their broken dreams and the six-day reign of Hurricane Allee, or will they be able to help each other find the faith and courage to let go and begin again...Living in the Seventh Day?

About the Author
Jeanetta Britt is a bestselling, award-winning author who graduated with honors from Fisk University and The University of Michigan. Her passion for writing contemporary Christian Fiction novels-filled with lots of juicy drama and suspense-as well as, Gospel poetry, surfaced in 1996 and has grown steadily since that time. "While being swept up in the story," Jeanetta says, "I want my readers to feel the love of Jesus and take refuge in Him, like I did." After completing a successful career in public administration in Dallas, Texas, Jeanetta returned to her native Alabama to write and to live. Her southern roots are reflected in her imagery, characters, and delightfully witty storytelling style. She is a sought-after inspirational speaker, by youth and adults alike, with six novels and five books of poetry to her credit. Jeanetta is also an avid gardener and community advocate, and she founded Twelve Stones CDC-a non-profit organization that operates two community gardens in rural Alabama. "We provide free, fresh food for our community and an opportunity for our youth and senior citizens to form that vital intergenerational bond, and to get some free exercise, companionship and sunshine, too," she says. "No rules-just love!"
