About the Author
Bias, Debbie: - This is a story of growing up, making mistakes, and learning very slowly over many years why I made certain choices and how they were self-destructive. When the emotional pain became too great to bear, serious introspection and education was necessary to stop the cycle. Watching two, now adult, ADHD children grow up and repeat some of your mistakes is a great motivator to discover the "why" so the cycle can be broken and not passed down to future generations. Without my Christian faith, I have no doubt I would not be capable of attaining or holding a job and supporting myself. As a lifelong educator, I have a passion to share what I've learned with others. My hope is that others can find confidence, hope, and laughter as they read my life story and find ways to avoid mistakes and pitfalls in life. In addition, learn about the "red flags" to avoid when flirting with romantic relationships.
