About the Author
Michael Emerton grew up in Haverhill, MA, earned an Associate Degree in Aviation from North Shore and a Bachelors Degree is Business at Salem State College. Michael is a respected PR expert with extensive technology experience in enterprise management software, LAN/WAN architectures, wireless communications and crisis management experience for corporate and not-for-profit organizations. His PR initiatives first have garnered national attention as he worked with 3Com and The Commission on Presidential Debates, to provide 1000 press members in the 2000 Presidential Debates with their first broadband connectivity for filing stories and photos via 3Com's Visitor Base Networks. Notable are Michael's crisis management skills, where he developed and delivered key messages to the press for Voice of the Faithful, a lay Catholic organization seeking changes within the church. His PR guidance brought the group global fame. Patrick Emerton grew up in Haverhill, MA, earned English and Film Studies degrees from Boston College, was a cast member of the improv troupe, My Mother's Fleabag, is a co-founder of the troupe, Every Mother's Nightmare, a writer, artist, educator, special needs advocate, actor and dramatist, currently living in New England.
