Magick Where You're At is a quirky mix of memoir and basic teachings, illustrating how to live the magickal lifestyle in everyday experiences. Raised Christian, and devout in faith, Giana Cicchelli experienced falling from grace when she realized both, that women could not lead in the church, at the same time as her lesbianism. Searching for a new belief, a place she could call home, Cicchelli found magick. About the Author
Giana Cicchelli is a Sociology Professor, an artist, and a professional witch & shaman. Cicchelli holds a Master's Degree from CSU Fullerton, where she studied witchcraft and shamanism from a sociological perspective. Cicchelli has also been trained as a high priestess of an eclectic Wicca tradition, and as a healer in the Peruvian Q'ero shamanic tradition. She has traveled to Peru, Italy, and Costa Rica to work with shamanic practitioners, and participate in sacred ceremonies. Cicchelli's goal is to both help heal people from their trauma, and to teach them how to live magickally no matter their religious belief system.
