A simple life of faith and love was all that Mary wanted.

Life in the Amish community of Faith's Creek is a mixture of joy and despair for Mary Beachey. Her courting years were spent caring for her elderly parents; now all she has is her job at the school. Teaching is a joy, but her nights are spent alone with no children of her own.
