Mark Muller and his wife buy a small country cottage and 100 acres in picturesque Columbia County, New York, as a weekend retreat. Mark and his wife soon encounter an escalating wave of missing items and vandalism that threatens his weekend solitude. As Muller investigates he uncovers a mystery dating back 35 years; which is still unfolding and affecting the lives of those involved.
