Siart, Joe: - Joe Siart is the principal author and creator of online magazine My Property Payday, where he developed an algorithm, enabling selection of the ideal rate for maximum revenue of different uses of renting space. He has worked in travel, hospitality and real estate for more than a decade. Since 2019, he's been an executive director in the Proptech sector: a CEO for a 60-person short-term rental property management company overseeing 250 apartments and villas in Portugal and the Alps, a commercial director for a 20-person residential real estate agency in Paris, and head of expansion for a 40-person investment firm and mortgage broker in France. Today, he runs his own property management company, Sun Key Locations in Versailles, where he's personally earned Superhost status since 2018. He's also managing director of a property management system (PMS) used by conciergeries to oversee large portfolios of thousands of vacation rentals in EMEA.
