Stories with curiously unforgettable characters, authentic Southern settings, and intriguing plots filled with ghosts, romance, murders and even leprechauns! In "Ryman," our lovable main character has visions, usually of the mundane. But when he says the Okachoke River in the town of River Bend, WV is gonna rise, those who believe in Ryman's visions take heed. In "The Heirloom," Amelia Alexander wakes from an afternoon nap with a ring on her finger, one she didn't put there herself, but one that is hauntingly familiar. In "The Keepers," Celia Mayfield has been having a recurring dream since childhood. She dreams of a white cottage and lighthouse overlooking a quaint fishing village on a horseshoe shaped bay. The place calls to her, and the ghosts of former keepers await. Join these and others on their adventures and discover their epiphanies in ODD AWAKENINGS!
