About the Author
Racquel L. Mitchell is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Money Mentor, and former children's Sunday School Instructor who uses her love of God, numbers, and words to change the world. Ms. Mitchell earned her Bachelors in Finance from The University of Georgia and her Masters in Accountancy from The University of Notre Dame. Through her Penny Pincher Teaches children's book series, she is helping to increase financial literacy for the next generation by imparting biblical wisdom on money management in addition to sharing important life lessons and highlighting ethnic diversity. Ms. Mitchell currently lives in the suburbs of Atlanta, GA where she enjoys serving others, playing piano, and surrounding herself with amazing friends.
