Pockets Farraday is a ten-year-old kid with the dream of becoming a world-famous detective. He's tired of solving cases of missing house cats, lost reading glasses, and stolen purses, he wants something bigger. August is the son of famous astronaut Robin Reid, who was making a groundbreaking launch to the moon when his son went missing. His wife, Vanessa, was arrested for the crime and was set to be sentenced since she was the last one to see Auggie before he disappeared. A year later, the Reid family is back, and Pockets finds himself involved in the case after chasing a missing cat into the vacation home where Auggie went missing and ends up finding a boot print thar cannot belong to Vanessa Reid. Along with his trusty dog, Edison, and his best friend, Barnum Wainwright, Pockets decides to try and solve the case himself before an innocent woman is sentenced in the kidnapping of her only son.
