About the Author

Bernard Spolsky retired from Bar-Ilan University in 2000. He was president of International TESOL and is Publications Executive Director of Asia TEFL.

Young-in Moon is a professor at the department of English Language & Literature in the University of Seoul, Korea. She is currently the editor-in-chief of the Asia TEFL book series, and the editor of English Teaching and Korean Journal of Applied Linguistics.
