In glamorous, superficial Los Angeles, where lies are commodities and illusions are everything, Adrian thinks Mark will give her the marriage and children she desperately craves. About the Author
DAHLIA SCHWEITZER is a writer, teacher, and former cabaret star who has toured widely in Europe and the United States. Schweitzer's works include the books Breathe With Me, Queen of Hearts, Seduce Me, Lovergirl, and I've Been a Naughty Girl; essays in publications including Hyperallergic, Jump Cut, and The Journal of Popular Culture; and an album of electronic dance music, Plastique. Dahlia currently teaches classes on writing, art, and film in Los Angeles while working towards her PhD in Cinema and Media Studies at UCLA. Her book Cindy Sherman's Office Killer: Another Kind of Monster will be published in 2014.
