About the Author
ABOUT THE AUTHOR The author graduated from The School of Pedagogy of University of Saigon, with a major in secondary education in 1972 and taught science for seven years at a public high school in the city of Sa Dec, Dong Thap province, Vietnam. In 1979, he left his homeland as a boat person, spent three years in different refugee camps and finally came to the United States in the summer of 1982. Several years later, he went back to college and completed his doctorate degree in Educational Psychology from Kansas State University in 1993. He taught Biology in Kansas for 14 years, ESL and Vietnamese in California for 16 years, and eventually retired in 2015.
