As it turns out, Rob is on a deserted island somewhere in the Pacific Ocean, and he is not living well - confined to a cave.

He has been captured by pirates, and he has to get himself free. However, what his wife does not know is that there is a romantic element to his disappearance and one of his new secretaries along with an old girlfriend has to conceal what they know about him for fear of what will happen to them. Rob is eventually found, returns to the United Kingdom and is knighted.
