She originally created the Shoplifting IS Stealing!(TM) prevention program to help parents, teachers and community members across the U.S. work together to raise awareness about shoplifting and provide them with effective strategies to prevent kids from becoming shoplifters. For over 15 years this program has been successfully used by numerous communities and tens of thousands of adults who want to help kids make the wise decisions. Judy is also the CEO and founder of It Starts With Us, Inc.(TM) which is a family of programs and services to help individuals, families and organizations communicate effectively and design their lives and business around their core values. In addition to Shoplifting IS Stealing! (TM) these entities include: Center for Strategic Change, LLC (TM) and Strengthen the Harmony between Your Life Family & Work (TM).
