Survivor's Guide to Chemo 2.0

This handbook was created to help those going through chemo by giving tips and suggestions that can ease the pain and discomfort that accompanies chemotherapy treatments and the aftereffects. The information included in this book was taken from my personal experience when I was battling ovarian cancer. I have included brand name products to have on hand and specific ways to help relieve pain associated with the side effects of chemo. This book is written in such a way that you can go straight to the tips to get immediate answers to your questions or you can read about my personal experience. This book is short and easy to read because it is no fun hunting through a book when you do not feel well. In order to make this handbook easy to read and find what you need, the tips are the first thing you will read in each section. Use this book to empower yourself with knowledge that may not be given to you from your medical provider.
