Shelley Gilbert, Author, Artist published "Land of Sooj, Six Seahorse Stories," 2011. A book of fiction for children ages 7-17. "Charming children's book. She is currently writing the sequel and pitching her story to film-industry principals to make a movie from her book. A visual artist, her collage is award-winning and her tape paintings showed in Madison Avenue art galleries. She was also a secretary, taxi driver, sign engraver, jewelry maker and gift shop owner/operator.
