Tent for Two

Paul and Marnie Kalkstein retired to the small town of Arrowsic, Maine in 2006. Looking for interesting things to do, they hit upon tent camping, an activity often thought to be the province of younger folk. As they left the Maine winter behind to pitch their Coleman tent in the South, and later in their home state, they discovered that our sense of passing time is malleable, and that new activities can provide benefits to retirees beyond what they had expected.
