About the Author
Heider de Jahnsen, Msc Manuela: - Manuela Heider de Jahnsen, MSc in Ayurveda, has studied Oriental Medicine since 1980. Studying the ancient systems of healing and putting them into practice allowed her to meet and work intensely with people from very different cultures and backgrounds, close and abroad. Through projects for the European Union, she got involved in integration plans for refugees and created intercultural care options for children in hospices.
She runs a clinic for Ayurveda, yoga therapy and acupuncture in Berlin, Germany, specialising in breathing explorations and workshops on the above themes worldwide, focusing on trauma. She is a free diver and uses water as an integrated part of treatments. She is a regular speaker in India.
