About the Author
The author graduated from Florida Presbyterian College, now Eckerd College, in St. Petersburg, Florida. While there, he studied creative writing and very much enjoyed the experience. During 30 years of work with the State of Florida handling all manner of children and youth programs, he often documented adventures for friends and family. He began writing novels after retirement. The Great Thing is his fifth published novel. The previous books were loosely based on his work career with tales of children, cops, and social workers. This one reflects his philosophy of living from the perspective of a fictional afterlife.
