About the Author
Rob Reindl is President and Founder of Rob Reindl Organization Consulting Services, Inc. He primarily serves executives of Fortune 500 companies by providing executive and high potential coaching, making presentations on leadership development, or facilitating team development or trustworthiness sessions. Prior to launching his consulting company in August, 2012, Rob was Corporate Vice President, Coaching, at Edwards Lifesciences and a member of the Company's Executive Leadership Team. He played a key role in the development of the company's culture as well as developed a talent management system that was highlighted in the February, 2007 issue of T&D Magazine and December, 2005 issue of Workforce Management. Prior to Edwards, Rob was Global VP of the Baxter Institute for Learning and Development. In the late 1980s, he was a manager with Arthur Andersen & Co., where he consulted internally on individual, team and organization development. Rob received his bachelor's degree in Communication and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and his master's degree from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. He was selected National Human Resources Association (NHRA) Orange County HR Executive of the Year in 2002 and was selected one of the nation's Top 10 Breakaway HR Leaders by Evanta in 2011.
