About the Author
NICKOLAI STOILOV is an actor and a writer who lives in Los Angeles. He has played a number of roles in feature films, television shows and theater plays. Some of his Hollywood credits include lead roles in the movies: "Lana's Rain"; "El Padrino 2"; NCIS: Los Angeles; Pompeii, guest-starring in "Sabrina"; "Alias"; "VIP"; "General Hospital"; "Helmet Heads"; and others, also many theater performances on stage in England, USA, Bulgaria. He was awarded "Best Actor" and "Best Outstanding Talent" for his portrayal in "Lana's Rain" at the TIMMY Award in New York, 2005. He has an M.F.A. degree in Acting from UCLA, where he has also studied Film, Television and Video Directing, and an M.A. degree in Acting from the Bulgarian Academy for Theater and Film Arts. He has also studied at the Guildford School of Acting in the UK and at the British American Drama Academy, Stanford. He likes arts and music and is also an alpine ski racer. SVETLIN STRATIEV is a translator, writer and academic researcher. He has published a study of modern British comic novels entitled Philistines Beware: The Class Humour of Saki, Max Beerbohm, Martin Amis and David Lodge. He has a D.Phil. degree in English from the University of Oxford and has taught English language and literature and Canadian studies as a full-time lecturer at Sofia University .
