The Apostle John was given a revelation of Jesus Christ and sat down with pen and recorded what he saw. Some of it is prophecy, and too many concentrate on those chapters and fail to see the importance of the messages to the churches. Although these were to the seven churches of that time, the meessages like all of God's word are timeless, they are aa appropriate today. This book takes those chapters, brings in other scriptures that will help the reader understand them and ties in practical events an situations in churches. It is theology, yes, but practical theology, that which is valuable for today.
