Holton, Geraldine: - Geraldine Holton is the author of Wisdom Supervision and Soul Gardening. She is lecturer in the department of spirituality and director of supervisory practice at Milltown Institute in Ireland. She is also Chair of the Supervisors Association of Ireland and vice chair of the All Ireland Spiritual Guidance Association of Ireland.Benefiel, Margaret: - MARGARET BENEFIEL, Executive Director of the Shalem Institute (www.Shalem.org), has served as Chair of the Academy of Management's Management, Spirituality, and Religion Group, as Co-chair of the Christian Spirituality Program Unit of the American Academy of Religion, and in various leadership roles in Spiritual Directors International.
