Ms. Carter has served numerous task forces in the Episcopal Church regarding human sexuality. With more than 25 years of experience in Christian formation focused on youth and adults, she is a past president of Forma and once diocesan formation leader. She also serves as the Director of Consultant Services for LeaderResources.Halley, Marcus G.: -

Marcus G. Halley serves as the Rector of Saint Paul's Church on Lake of the Isles in Minneapolis, a worshiping community in the Episcopal Church in Minnesota. His blog Word Made Fresh follows his many paths to the present while exploring the places where he sees the reign of God is breaking open in new ways. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Johnson C. Smith University, a Master of Divinity degree from the Interdenominational Theological Center, a Master of Sacred Theology from the School of Theology at the University of the South, and is currently pursuinga Doctor of Ministry in Preaching from the University of the South.
