About the Author
Al J. Simon studied Zen meditation in 1982 and began Tai Chi in 1984. He has been inducted into the U.S. Martial Arts Hall of Fame three times, including as a Master and as a Founder, for his contributions to Tai Chi, Qigong, and martial arts.
