Tropicália - Encontros

Encontros (Meetings) is the largest and most prestigious book collection of interviews with Brazilian artists and thinkers. With more than 50 published titles, Encontros provides a broad panorama of Brazil's cultural and intellectual wealth. Tropicália was undoubtedly the most influential cultural movement in Brazil in the second half of the 20th century. In a brief period of time, the critical and irreverent spirit of young creators in different artistic areas - music, theater, cinema, and plastic arts, among others - gave rise to a series of debates and works that mark Brazilian cultural production to this day.
