About the Author
Mike Fuljenz has turned a lifelong love of coins into a dream business. With over thirty years of professional experience under his belt, as well as an unprecedented string of industry awards, Mike is truly the "expert's expert" when the subject is rare coins. Since 1986, Mike has received 25 Numismatic Literary Guild (NLG) Awards, including three NLG Book of the Year awards in a specialized category. In 1996, he also received the prestigious American Numismatic Association's Presidential Service Award for his long-running professional service to the numismatic industry. He has also previously served as the committee chairman of the grading service for the American Numismatic Association. From 1982-1998, he taught classes for the American Numismatic Association on counterfeit detection, coin grading, gold and commemorative coinage.
