One is shot down and the other risks everything to pick them up from the middle of the fire fight. *A pilot on his very first mission as an Aircraft Commander of a Huey slick and the crew chief and gunner of a Huey gunship. Michael served two tours in Vietnam as a combat helicopter pilot. He earned the Distinguished Flying Cross, Purple Heart, three Bronze Stars and 17 Air Medals.
