When the Wind Blows is about an incredible voyage in a sailboat with a chequered past-a fascinating nautical tale that most could only ever dream of. It will take you by sail from the Caribbean and Panama, through Polynesia and the South Pacific to Australia. From passion on a Tongan beach to terror in the Coral Sea. Blue water veterans will be in awe at what Robin and Maggi experienced and survived. Set some time aside: once you cast off you won't want to come ashore until the journey is over

About the Author
Maggi travelled with her engineer husband, Robin, living and working on five continents. During their wanderings she learned to swim, scuba dive, fly, and gained a science degree from the University of Toronto. After being rescue by helicopter from the Coral Sea when their sailboat was sunk in cyclone Justin they returned to Vancouver Island, Canada where they started farming-one more of their adventures. Now retired they live by a river in Nova Scotia where Robin keeps his current sailboat and Maggi grows organic food and lavender, and walks their latest pit bull; saving writing for the long winter months.
